Information we collect

Enquiry form

If you use the enquiry form we collect the parent or guardian’s name and email address, the player’s age and current club, and the message you write. We use this only to reply to your enquiry and to tell you about availability. The form is processed by Formspree, which passes your message to us.

Spond

Joining our Spond group is optional. Spond is a separate service with its own privacy notice, and it handles the information you give when you join and use the group, including session messages and any payment arrangements shared there.

Website analytics

If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics records how the website is used, such as which pages are visited and how people arrive at the site. We use this to improve the website. If you reject cookies, no analytics information is collected.

Why we use it

We use enquiry details to respond to your request, which is necessary to take steps at your request. We use analytics only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time using the cookie settings link in the footer of every page. We do not use your details for advertising and we do not sell them.

Children’s information

This website is written for parents and guardians. The enquiry form asks for a player’s age and club only, not their name. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this website.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the services that help us run the website and sessions: Formspree (enquiry form), Google (analytics, only if you accept cookies) and Spond (group communication). These providers may process information outside the UK, using safeguards that apply to those transfers.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details only for as long as we need them to reply and to manage places. If you would like us to delete your enquiry, email us and we will do so.

Your rights

You can ask us to see the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. Email [email protected] to make a request. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Cookies

Cookies are small files stored on your device. This website does not set any cookies until you choose. When you first visit, a banner asks you to accept or reject analytics cookies. Rejecting is as easy as accepting, and the website works the same either way.
